Welcome to Total You Body Spa ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By booking appointments and using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Use of Our Services

By using our services, you agree to:

Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent

Provide accurate health information and contact details

Follow all pre and post-treatment instructions

Arrive on time for scheduled appointments

Treat our staff and facility with respect

2. Services Provided

Total You Body Spa provides wellness and aesthetic services, including:

✅ Body contouring and sculpting treatments

✅ Non-invasive aesthetic procedures

✅ Wellness consultations and skin analysis

Results may vary based on individual skin type, health conditions, and adherence to treatment plans. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

3. Appointments & Payments

Scheduling: Appointments must be booked in advance

Payment: Payment is due at time of service unless other arrangements are made

Cancellation Policy: 24-hour notice required for cancellations to avoid charges

No-Show Policy: Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged 50% of service fee

Package Deals: Prepaid packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to family members

4. Health & Safety Requirements

For your safety and optimal results:

Disclose all medical conditions, medications, and allergies

Inform us of pregnancy, recent cosmetic procedures, or skin sensitivities

Follow all pre-treatment preparation instructions

Report any adverse reactions immediately

We reserve the right to refuse service if treatment is contraindicated

5. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree that:

You have provided complete and accurate health information

You understand the treatment process and potential risks

You will follow all aftercare instructions provided

You are responsible for any complications arising from non-disclosure of medical information

6. Liability & Risk Acknowledgment

All treatments carry inherent risks, which will be explained before treatment

You assume responsibility for disclosed risks

We maintain professional liability insurance

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided

We are not responsible for allergic reactions to products used with your consent

7. Privacy & Confidentiality

Your health information is kept strictly confidential

Before/after photos require written consent

We comply with all applicable privacy laws

Your information will not be shared without your permission

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Service Cancellations: 24-hour notice required

Refunds: Generally not provided for completed services

Package Refunds: Unused portions may be refunded at our discretion

Medical Contraindications: Full refund if we determine treatment is unsafe

9. Facility Rules

Arrive 10 minutes early for paperwork and consultation

Cell phones should be silenced during treatments

We maintain a scent-free environment - please avoid strong fragrances

Children must be supervised at all times

We reserve the right to refuse service for disruptive behavior

10. Product Sales & Returns

Products are sold as-is with manufacturer warranties

Returns accepted within 30 days with receipt for unopened products

Opened products may be exchanged for different products only

Custom-mixed products cannot be returned

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes. Updated terms will be posted at our facility and on our website.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Colorado. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Longmont, Colorado.
